Under Basic Career Services, Tibetan Career Service offers a career help desk, In-office Internship programs, Mission Admission, Celebrating Success of Tibetan Professionals, lhakar Meet, and Friday Social to create an inclusive environment for the Tibetan community.

The Outreach Program includes the School Outreach Program, which aims to raise career awareness among school students, and the University Outreach Program, which includes Job Readiness Workshops and Employability Skill Training Workshops to prepare Tibetan students for the job market.
