Tenzin Lhonden is currently working with Axis Bank Limited (Corporate Office, Mumbai) as a Deputy Manager in the Compliance Department. He leads his team and manages compliance activities related to corporate credits, ensuring strict compliance of all the regulatory guidelines issued by regulators from time to time.
Lhonden finished his school education from Tibetan Children Village, Lower Dharamsala and later from Bylakuppee. He did his bachelor degree in Commerce (H) from Hansraj College, Delhi University in 2013 and later received his MBA degree in Financial Management from Department of Financial Studies, Delhi University in 2016.
With his current position and experience gained, he wishes to support and provide career guidance to Tibetan youth aspiring to;
- Work in banking sector
- Pursue an MBA in Finance/Financial Management.
