RENTAL FOR WORKSHOPS/EVENTS/MEETINGS

Booking of EVP Community Hub requires prior approval from the Director/Concerned staff. Reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of an email and is subject to availability.

CHARGES: EVP HUB

• Full-day rent: Rs 8000/- (More than 3 hrs)
• Half-day rent: Rs 5000/- (upto 3 hrs)
• LCD Projector: Rs 500/-
• Sound system Set including two cordless Mikes: Rs 500/-
• Students: Rs 150/- 
• Professional & Others: Rs 300/- with complementary Tea/Coffee/GreenTea
• Monthly Membership fee: Rs 2000/- for students and Rs 3000/- for Professionals and other individuals.
• Order of Bakery & confectionery items at a reasonable price from our five-star sous chefs (refer to the menu for options and price)
