Job Description
Position: Counsellor
Report to: Director/Assistant Director
Salary: 30,000 INR per month
Overall Aim of the Position:
To meet the programme targets of Empowering the Vision Project as set by the Director/Assistant Director
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and Manage all activities related to Tibetan Career Services
- Provide Counselling services to Tibetan youth individually, via telephone, email and social media
- Write reports
Personal Specification:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- At least two years of experience working in a related field
- Applicant should be below 35 years of age
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to find creative solutions and to think out-of-box
- Strong sense of responsibility and commitment
- Committed to deadlines
- Attention to details
The Director/Assistant Director may assign other jobs as and when necessary.
