Dekyi Yangtso Chawla was born and brought up in Bangalore with strong Tibetan values and traditions. She graduated with a Bachelor degree in Commerce and Post graduate in Business Management from Bangalore University and Masters in International Business from the prestigious ‘National University of Singapore’, Singapore. She has a vast corporate experience spanning over 10 years with companies such as Visa International and Hewlett-Packard in the Business Development and Human Resources domain.
She co-founded the company Reward360 which is India’s leading Loyalty Technology and Solutions Company specializing in Loyalty and rewards management for almost all the Banks, Financial companies and other MNC’s across the country. She is now a proud head of a company with over 120 employees and counting. On a regular basis, she trains young Tibetans on how to face interviews and giving them job opportunities.
